Yes, I did send it, with the title of this thread as the subject line. Perhaps the video was too large and was rejected by some server. I'll resize the video and resend it right now.

I put my speedforce into engineering mode today hoping to recognize a "reset to factory" or something like that so that the screens could be reloaded. I poked around a little bit but gave up. However, I did find the version screen and thought it might help the engineers (but probably not).

Hi @landar_c, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delay. Our factory was just moving to a new site and it takes time to put all items in order and take the stock. Once we are settled, we will send the seat post and the SpeedForce to you.Sorry again for the delay.
Delays are frustrating. However, at least road cycling season is about over and it is time to dust my mountain bike off.
