In my last SpeedForce Android update, I see a huge demand for the SpeedForce upgradability from Leopard (Pro) owners. Thanks to our designer & engineer team, they figure out a solution. We still need your input on this matter.
An upgrade kit consists of a new fork, a new stem, a new detachable SpeedForce.
As I explained to some riders in FB Group, we tried it hard to make the SpeedForce upgradability, but it's never easy. We can't avoid producing a new fork to support the new stem routing. This solution keeps the sleek looking of full internal routing, but the disadvantage is very obvious that it really costs a lot, at least several hundreds of bucks.
It's a prototype for reference only, with rough workmanship.
An official modification tutorial to change the old SpeedForce to a regular stem. Actually some Leopard owners already made it, including @Nbercasio, @jjoon794. After that, we provide an independent SpeedForce that you could use on any bike, just like Garmin Edge and Wahoo Elemnt.
This sounds funny that we're encouraging the removal of our first generation SpeedForce, but it saves a lot of work to make the upgrade.
Minjoon's stem modification.

This upgradability project requires a MOQ. I asked several backers in the FB post if a Kickstarter would work, and they think it ok as long as we could make the upgradability. As a startup, it would be a nightmare that we produce a lot of upgrade kits more than the amount you really need. Let me know if a pre-order with the poll below.
- Yes, I'm ok with the pre-order, and wait for 3 months before delivery.
- No, I want to uprade but prefer to buy product in stock. I'm tired of waiting.
