Hi @gregmcki, sorry for the late reply. The answer we got from Strava is not helpful and we are still working on it with Strava now. At the same time, could you please unbind the Strava and the APP and then re-bind them again and see if it could be solved?
Hi Tray tried that and it hasn't worked.
For some reason I can only bind successfully via the web page interface and not the App. Although it does show its bound "disconnect" once activated via the Web page.
