Firstly, post in the correct category when you have any issues. It should be Support category, not Product or SpeedX Cafe category.
“Speedforce and Strava" This is not a correct title of support post .
It should be Support: App - Not automatically synchronizing with Strava.
A support post should include information of your SpeedX product and its operating environment as below:
