Sorry but this information is just not good enough, I will be on holiday from 15 July onward and need my bike delivered befor this date.
I got a reply from your customer service that it is due to 'large order intake' this is even more unacceptable since there are only a few bikes left to be shipped.
I need a guaranteed date, otherwise I may prefer a refund. Please let me know what is possible.
