Ok Guys, Let me explain some stuff.
I learn about this brand at the beginning of the year. You were not selling bike back then but I waited.
I read a lot of reviews and saw so many videos where people said they have been waiting for over a year for the delivery and read all the excuses that your support team send this people. And I waited.
I said to myself, it’s a new company; it’s a Kickstarter company, things happend on the first few runs. and i waited.
And I read in the forum your claim that this time you will have stock that no more delays will happen. And I waited for July 27. The day you started sales. I think I was in the first 50 customers or something.
But here is when you screw up: maybe you don’t have a PR department, but any PR professional knows that creating false expectation is bad for business. Do remember, you do have really bad reputation in terms of delivery.
I had the option of buying another bike since January, just changing my current bike for another, but NO, I wanted the SPEEDX for several reasons.
If I had brought the bike and I got an email saying YOU WILL GET YOUR BIKE ON DECEMBER I would have no option but to wait till DECEMBER, but you just keep giving me FALSE expectations. Time lines that you are not keeping.
This month, first week on September, next month, in two weeks... Come on…
I DO want the SPEEDX bike. I have been waiting for this Bike since JANUARY,
But also, like my previous communication and the email before that says : CAN I GET A REALISTIC DATE ?
If I have to buy a cheap bike until I wait for the SPEEDX I’ll do it, but please TELL ME when am I going to get the bike. That is what I want to know.
I mean, the Hack on TNT was on JUNE, almost two months before you start sales. And now you are telling me that you are moving location? Come on. Don’t you have A schedule to follow ? or you just go with the flow ?
